Dinner will consist of 3 courses and cost will be $40/person Menu will be posted on Monday prior
Course 1 – Roasted sweet potato soup w/almond cream OR salad w/house vinaigrette
Course 2 – CHOICE of
– pork loin w/roasted beet root on butternut squash w/apricot glaze & pickled mustard seeds
– herb roasted salmon w/lemon vegetable couscous & sundried tomato sauce
– vegetable primavera pasta
Course 3 – Dessert – vanilla custard in a chocolate shell w/blueberry glaze & candied walnuts
This week we will feature Roxy Ann wine for purchase by the glass or bottle.
