Menu: One – Ceviche w/mango & tomatillos served w/purple potato chips
Two – Stone fruit gazpacho w/ginger sweet peppers & almonds
Three – Forest floor w/peas, mushrooms & leeks (new concept)
Four – Pork belly w/apple cauliflower puree, rhubarb sauce, asparagus & pickled mustard seeds
Five – Citrus custard w/candied pistachios, chocolate & edible flowers
